I believe the defining issue of our day is Democrat Party’s suborning of voter fraud.
The defining issue of our day is the ignorance of our populace. Show me your leaders and I will show you the future.
Few Americans understand the dangers of big government - ignorance.
Few Americans understand that borrowing/printing money is taxation - ignorance.
Few Americans understand how corrupt our economy and government are - ignorance.
Few Americans understand the old adage - follow the money. Ignorance.
Few Americans understand the “issues of our day” are less about freedom and more about excuses to increase government control - ignorance.
Few Americans understand how the rule of law has been corrupted or the ramifications - ignorance.
Too few understand how dire our situation really is. Freedom cannot survive the course we have embarked on. Freedom cannot survive the promises that have been made. Freedom cannot survive when a majority view the problem (government) as the solution (growth of government).
Voter fraud is a symptom of the real problem.
The problem with that is, the Republicans have offshored quite a lot of formerly American jobs.
(Democrats have also, but I don’t expect solutions from Democrats)
Republicans need to be for American jobs.

In regards to voter fraud, I see some simple solutions that other countries seem to use;
1). Vote then finger in ink to mark that person as voted. Don’t allow people to vote with ink on their finger.
2). Require ID. Heck you can’t go out into public as an adult without ID, the only purpose for justifying not having it is for dishonest purposes, and make those ID s more tamper proof.
3). Absentee ballots eliminated when someone shows up at the polls to vote. This isn’t that big a problem to resolve.
