This is a setup for the mid-terms.
The Dems are hoping they can put all of the Obamacare problems onto Sebelius’ coattails and pretend they went out the door with her. They are hoping her departure will be the catalyst for them to turn the corner on Obamacare come November.
I think there will be serious Obamacare problems way before November.
