Liberals are of the conviction that “state”
should be capitalized as “State” meaning a
gerographic intity. Whereas “state” refers
to a condition, that of being free.
Thus the militia has nothing do do with States
at all other than to guarrantee that condition we
term freedom.
An amendment that strikes fear in the heart of every
statist.
