They moved the body because he killed himself somewhere near the White house, they have never actually admitted where it was. And the only reason they admitted that much is because of the rumors the Clinton’s killed him.

I never thought that either Bill or Hill killed Foster with their own hands. I think he was killed in the WH, rolled up in a WH rug and hauled to Ft. Marcelo Park.

There was a story from a WH employee who was in charge of
maintenance in the WH who reported a missing rug and he was promptly fired/retired.
