They realize the political harm they are doing to the administration, or at least somebody did.
If it weren’t for the internet and Mr Bundy getting time on FOX, this would have gone down with hardly a peep.
Saw a CNN article whose narrative substantially contradicted what I heard Mr. Bundy say on the radio. I believe Mr Bundy - a hard working man of courage.
This would have been a catastrophic disaster if someone had gotten killed in their little totalitarian game. Particularly on the eave of the Fort hood repeat.
And for what a bunch of cows and a now empty field?
Honestly the aggressive military type arming of their agents has itself the alarming undertones of a growing military police state.
The real issue here as the People of Nevada and their State leaders should be pronouncing is the underlining fact that Washington still horde 85% of Nevada’s land and resources FAR more than any other state. Contrast that with the State of New York which suffers only 1%.
The people of Nevada have every right to ask that Obama make good on his promises of promoting equality by lowing the disparity, and giving Nevadans control & uses of a more “fair” share of their own land.
This is and always has been very much a land and resource issue that the People and State of Nevada need to take very seriously.
