The whole thing doesn't make sense to me yet.

• I don't see how the Fed's can back off without setting the precedent that none of the ranchers need to pay grazing fees.
• I don't understand what Bundy meant by "BLM was managing him out of business".
• I don't understand whey Bundy didn't sue the BLM if they were failing to live up to BLM's responsibilities.
• I'm still unclear on the whole solar business and whether it's was Bundy's land or the other end of the county.
• I'm unclear on the land deal with the Chinese company and whether that included the Bundy's land or not.
• I'm unclear why they sold it at such a discount to it's appraised value, but there are often legitimate reasons for communities to offer land deals to attract businesses. Would this have produced jobs and justified the deal, or was this stricly political pressure ala Reid?

You cannot sue the Federal Government unless the Federal Government gives you permission to.
