What's their job? If it was to get the cattle so they can't graze on their land didn't they already do that? So what are they still there for?

  How does someone with a conscience just take orders and "do his job" in a case like this? Does he just ignore his conscience to avoid losing his pension? It seems that throughout history there are always those who will just take orders and do anything... the source of so many of our problems...
