I haven’t seen a statement of support from the NV Cattlemen’s association either, which doesn’t give me confidence in Bundy.

Not to say that many better legal theories couldn't be generated and prevail.
It will do the struggling Democrats good in the upcoming elections to paint the TEA party, conservatives and Militias as the core of the loco’s.

I doubt any Tea Partier is keen on what’s going on, but as far as I see, they’re not in any way a player in this scenario at this point. Personal opinions aside.
