This is about states rights. He said he is willing to pay THE STATE (he has already paid them too) whatever the FEDS say he owes but he is not going to pay the Federal government anything for land use in his state. Especially since the FEDS have taken over 80% of the state with the help of politicians like Harry Reid raping the state for political and monetary gains.

Not true... He opted out of BLM range management years ago...and has paid all relevant state taxes.

Info on a previous thread from a Nevada rancher who knows the details.

BLM is supposed to manage the range area...roads...water...etc.
