The original reason for the feds showing up is now a moot point.
Someone will have to back down, or there is going to be a firefight.
The feds can’t really back down, or they, from there on out, have no federal enforcement power.
So, that leaves The People backing down and capitulating, or it is settled with arms.
Well, the Sheriff should send the fed packing if they are abusing their authority, and from what I have seen it seems like it.
I agree the feds legally seem to be in the right as this guy hasn’t paid his user fees... but it really shouldn’t be going the way it is going on the ground.
Something is way off on how this is executing on the ground, and it stinks.
Nevada has some history in bucking the BLM.
For as I can tell in similar shoving matches Nevadans usually win, i.e. Jawbridge Shovel Brigade. Klintoon’s BLM did back down.
Look for nobama’s BLM to back down too.
