I think the point was that BLM lied about the ‘Desert Tortoise’ because they were destroying that same reptile last year!
And be sure to check the link on comment #22 for the plan on Solar in So Nevada land....more gov’t backed solar companies to waste taxpayer dollars and fill dem coffers before going bankrupt?
I like Solar but not the fleecing of the people!

The link is that the solar plant abused the local environment and the BLM needs to provide compensatory mitigation in some other area, like Bundy's grazing lease area.

The cattle must be removed from the range to offset the impact of the solar plant.
