Did she vote for or against Paul Ryan’s decrease in veteran’s retirements?

There are two republican Tennessee females with similar names, I think: a black and a Blackburn. At least one of them supported Ryan.

Blackburn supported the deal a few years ago to give the pro-statehood-for-Puerto-Rico folks another shot at making PR a state.
