Never underestimate the capability for brutality of a cornered bureaucrat.

I wonder how many of the good people spouting off on here know that many-MANY ranches consist of leased land in the west.
Prime example..the Babbit ranch near Flagstaff AZ. They hold some 240 thousand acres privately, just under half of the 700 thousand it encompases.
