I’m not moving the goal posts. I’m trying to understand your viewpoint. I could be wrong, but that’s what I read in several articles.

First, you know that when I said they stopped asking for rent, it was a reference to the fact that land was no longer available for grazing. That should have been obvious to you. See, because if they don't let you use it, they're obviously not asking for rent. That was in response to your repeated statement that it was solely about rent. And when I say repeated, I mean repeated!
