No, the environmentalists are trying to use the endangered species to shut down the fossil fuel industry in the west. BLM might want to make the money, but this is a case of pay off the the NGOs. Obama is buying the environmental votes by shutting down the ranchers and the oil and gas industry. This is an all out war for votes.

Seems its complicated as well. I just read another piece that asserts that the chicoms want to build a huge wind turbine field costing billions and dingys kids could benefit as middlemen big time. Seems dingys hand picked men are already in mgmt. positions in the area.
