I understand your sentiment and agree, however, we need to start pushing back. Stop being GOP-e-like. If the Left says Conservatives/Tea Party/Republicans/GOP are waging a war against women/minorities - are racists, bigots, sexists, then why in the world would we not use the same broad brush to paint Liberals/feminists/racists as being in the camp of extremists like this author? Because, as you say, in the end it’s where they both want to go. My point in posting this is that the Liberals who see the GOP wave looming over them, want to hide this branch of their family. I say EMPHASIZE and EXPLOIT it!
