Moughni had asserted that the flyers passed out at three Dearborn public schools violate the separation of church and state widely ascribed to the First Amendment’s Establishment Clause.

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

I don't see where it states where church and state should be separated.

Neither do I and I searched for that phrase.

There may be lots of muslims that want to co-exist with other faiths; but they are cowed into silence by the jehadists. I would be interested to know the breakdown between the two groups.
