I don’t think people change very much. Seems like there are always good ones and bad ones.

&&&
I can’t argue with that, but, over the years, I can see a definite coarsening of our culture in so many ways. While the ratio of good to bad people may not have changed, there has definitely been an eroding of civility. And fewer people feel compelled to show respect to others.

Etiquette is seen as an anachronism. Just look at table manners or at the way people dress like slobs. They are not bad people, but they are lax in manners.

For women, from the teens to mid 20s, they are not noticed unless they are big busted and have long hair. From mid 20s to 40, they are not noticed unless they are big busted and have long hair.

I think it's more a case of women feel that they're not noticed by the guys they want, but the guys who WOULD want to date them are invisible to them.

I don't think the inverse is the case nearly as much with guys. The reason is because a guy is much more likely to date a less-than-ideal woman rather than be date-less, while a woman is more likely to stay home (or go out with the girls) rather than having her ego contemplate the possibility that a particular guy may be the best she can get.

Interesting. Good looks - an exponentially depreciating asset. Frisky and fun-loving, not nearly so.

That bobbed haircut signals unsexual to me. Show me a gal 55 with long hair, and I say she’s frisky.

Yep. Many husbands are primarily a means to an end for the wife - to get the children she so yearned for, and then doted over. He went along with it as the kids grew, hoping her physical interest in him would return someday. The empty nest very often forces the reality check that ends the marriage. Then, if healthy and decent and self-sufficient, he’ll learn he is a quite desirable commodity, and then, yippi ki yay!

The funny thing is that she will lose her husband and then discover that sex is the only thing that gets her another man....if she is lucky. The alternative is my BIL. All he wants is a maid. When my sister couldn’t keep up the housework when my mom was sick, they divorced.

As one person told me “It would have been easier and cheaper to have sex with my first husband. But by the time we had gotten the kids grown and moved out, he already had someone else”.
I know a lot of hunting/fishing widows who are living the empty nest alone.

Cannot agree with your assessment. I have seen many, many women settle for jerks and losers rather than be alone.

Conversely, I have seen many men chasing after women who appear to be out of their league in terms of looks but usually not in terms of character or brains. Meanwhile, they completely ignore the ladies of good character or exceptional intelligence because these don’t have the Hollywood looks or the knockout figure.

That is why home bathrooms should come with both urinal and toilet, you have to sit to do #2 after all. Would solve both issues.

No, blood thinner except K 2. It makes the Calcium work better, and stops the build up of it in your arteries.

My BP is generally slightly below norm unless the pain level is way up there 8-9 level then it will go over 160/95 in a heart beat.

Will look into the Fenugreek. I used DSMO years ago, left a garlic taste/smell.

Don’t Milk Thistle with out much luck with it. I have to watch any thing that effects that area I have FBD A Typical type.

I think I’ll skip this L-Arginine I don’t need my BP to drop any lower than it is.

If you do decide to give it a try, take it after meals, it’s reputed to help with digestion and some complain of mild stomach discomfort when taken on an empty stomach. To my knowledge, it’s “dose to tolerance,” meaning that there’s no known maximum dosage other than reaching the point of digestive distress. It’s not expensive, you could even grow it yourself, harvest and roast the seeds if you wanted. For pain relief, chewing on roasted seeds is the most common approach rather than supplementing with powder in gel caps. Plenty of info out there, look for the unvarnished opinions both good and bad of people who have actually used it on web forums, articles from WebMD or studies on PubMed rather than the sites trying to sell you something.

"He said that when men get older they look like Sean Connery, but when women get older they look like...Sean Connery."

I'm over 60 and have been told I look like Sean Connery. My wife is over 50 and she still looks hot to me. She reads FR all the time. ;)
