Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel: Every country thinks it has the best military America HAD the best military until the antiAmerican president decided to reduce our nuclear arsenal, show off our missile locations to the Russians, shut down NASA's launch capabilities, blocked new weapons development, took nuclear response off the table even in the case of nuclear attack, and then what with all the gaying up of the troops and Casey's support for Islamonazis over troop safety.
