Actually the German study cited by the FDA, showed that there are many chemicals, different from cigarettes, that are atomized by the e-cigs, whose effect of breathing in atomized form is unknown.

I just love smug references without a source for verification.

It's almost certainly apples and oranges, but we may never know.

What German study?
I feel competent to understand most studies. Certainly to the extent of identifying what their findings apply to and to what they don't.

Blanket statements are usually a sign of misunderstanding or misapplication.
