CIA Official Dies in Apparent Suicide
The Washington Free Beacon ^ | Friday, April 4, 2014 | Bill Gertz

Posted on 04/04/2014 9:10:29 PM PDT by kristinn

A senior CIA official has died in an apparent suicide this week from injuries sustained after jumping off a building in northern Virginia, according to sources close to the CIA.

CIA spokesman Christopher White confirmed the death and said the incident did not take place at CIA headquarters in McLean, Va.

“We can confirm that there was an individual fatally injured at a facility where agency work is done,” White told the Washington Free Beacon. “He was rushed to a local area hospital where he subsequently died. Due to privacy reasons and out of respect for the family, we are not releasing additional information at this time.”

A source close to the agency said the man who died was a middle manager and the incident occurred after the man jumped from the fifth floor a building in Fairfax County.

Article refers to him as both a “middle manager” and a “senior CIA official.”

Is it my imagination or does it seem like more of these types of events have been happening with more frequency since 2009 or since O has been in office?

“The agency subsequently reported that several Senate staff members had improperly and possibly illegally removed classified material from the CIA. The FBI was asked to investigate the mishandling of classified information in the case.”

Whoa!

Well well, looks like we may have something here. I am sure his files are secure and all will be given to the Senate.

Back in the day the company protected it’s own. I only hope they still do and the proper thumb drives are shared with the committe heads.

CIA Terror Interrogation: US Senate Intelligence Committee Votes 11-3 To Release Parts Of Critical Report

APR
2014 Saturday 5TH posted by Morning Star in World
Senator Feinstein: Report into interrogation techniques like waterboarding ‘exposes brutality that stands in sharp contrast to our values as a nation’
The US Senate intelligence committee voted on Thursday to release part of a secret report that harshly criticises CIA terror interrogations after September 11 2001.
It voted 11-3 to declassify 500 pages of a 6,300-page review which concluded that waterboarding and other “enhanced interrogation methods” were excessively cruel and ineffective.
The committee and the CIA have been embroiled in a bitter dispute over the study.
Senators have accused the agency of spying on their investigation and deleting files, while the CIA claims Senate staffers illegally accessed information.
The Justice Department is reviewing competing criminal referrals.
Committee chairwoman Dianne Feinstein claimed the report “exposes brutality that stands in sharp contrast to our values as a nation.

No Mercedes blow-up during midnight ride to LAX?

No in-car cranial lead infection while parked in front of his church?

No most unfortunately fast-roping incident?

No intra-interrogation Florida head-shot?

If Senate staff members had improperly and possibly illegally removed classified material from the CIA then why would they be investigating it, they’re the ones who are under suspicion of illegal activity?

Hahahaaa....The only “something” is for the (soon to be) short lived tax payer dime. Joke is on all of them; welcome to communism. Aligned correctly? That is the question for their types because they fought to late and the war is over. (btw, we’re coming for you, All of you. Not now, but soon. You cannot hide once this all collapses).
