I suppose it could, but I’m not sure. I thought spousal privilege was the reason Hill and Bill stay together, but maybe Hill just wants to hold on to the brand name.

That mansion obozo is building or has built in Hawaii was described as so huge, the mooch and the bozo could live under the same roof and never see one another. And then maybe the mooch can have a boyfriend or girlfriend in her life..it's been a long dry run sexually for the mooch, and her wild spending and travel is partially the result of her frustration, the poor “thing.”
