I don’t believe this either. They are counting people put on medicaid which they were already eligible for, the people who lost insurance and went to the exchange to try and find insurance. After all is said and done my bet is that maybe 2 million got onto the covet exchange who weren’t insured before
The people getting on Medicaid under Obamacare were not previously eligible. Obamacare EXPANDED Medicaid ... meaning it relaxed eligibility requirements so that vastly more people now qualify for it than previously. They also got rid of the asset test.
At least half of the projected “newly insured” were to come from expanding Medicaid. This was part of the law.

Yep, 2 Million Americans turn 65 each year at which point they are eligible for Medicaid. I suspect a vast majority sign up. You won’t hear any of this when Obunga takes a victory lap tonight on the Alphabet soup Networks.
They are also including the prison population, Mexican nationals and vets forced off tri-care into Obamacare.
