Why We Won't Yield To Unconstitutional Gun Law [CT]

A year ago this coming Friday, the Connecticut General Assembly passed and Gov. Dannel P. Malloy signed into law "An Act Concerning Gun Violence Prevention and Child Safety." This bill, which requires owners of semiautomatic rifles defined as assault weapons to register them and includes other restrictions on guns and standard-capacity magazines, was placed into law using emergency certification, which means it had no public comment or input.

The Left loves to pull that. Obamacare comes to mind.

Typical Connecticut. Just like their income tax, sent people home telling them there will be no more votes and then vote on it at 3 in the morning. Surprise! Passes by one vote.

The other day some one posted a great thread about people who have been Democrats/Socialists /Marxists and have assassinated a president (John Wilkes Booth. Oswald etc) and other major gun crimes. Can some one post that again?

When the income tax passed in CT, we had a rally at Bushnell Park. We were loud, but we were polite. I hope we can have a big rally again, with a different result.

I wish they did. I would be in Connecticut still, but I moved when my job went to Florida. We need a strong conservative Republican party in Connecticut.
