Murky waters of clandestine ops. Hoover was chasing reds under the beds all over the U.S.A, but not his own - his own male secretary was planted Soviet spy. NATO runs Gladio operation and created leftist terrorist groups in Western Europe, especially in Italy.

It would not surprised me that Russia infiltrated far right groups in Europe.But if this is true, then Russia has an upper hand in NATO clandestine operation because NATO uses the very same far right groups.

DTA - You know where the monkey sleeps. What is desperately needed on FR and among Republicans is an ability to step outside the blinders of ideology and simply let the facts speak for themselves. Stalin a butcher, yep. Hitler a butcher, yep. But the question always remains, how do we see behind the camouflage, the false flags, the hidden agendas, the superficial text book versions of history and discover how factions are manufactured, groomed and deployed clandestinely against the forces of truth and beauty?

Too many of us on FR refuse to examine the deep ambivalences of history and prefer to go knee jerk rather than hypothetical. We need to understand the science of geopolitics, the science of spy craft and the science of deception in order to know how political motivations are generated and manipulated. We have a stupid predisposition to accuse others of puppetry while refusing to examine the strings attached to our limbs.

We simply have to get smarter faster. If you think you are smart enough, you are a fool.
