Why is he not behind bars like anyone else here would be if we were busted for this crime?

Not surprising that a California Democrat was found to be involved in corrupt activities.
What was surprising is that a) he withdrew from an elective contest, and b) he was actually subject to investigation and indictment in California.
I had presumed that merely being a Democrat was an automatic “get-out-of-jail-free” card, which had only to be flashed for immediate exoneration of all charges.
After all, don’t people KNOW who he is?

Interesting. He was running for Secretary of the State. I wonder what his ties were to
George Soros.

This is just a plus on his Democrat Party resume. If he would have added kidnapping young girls for prostitution, his stock in the party would have gone up even higher.

A dim held to account?
He must have pissed off someone in power over him.
Kennedy left a woman to die in his car and got a long career in govt and was never held to account.

Secretary of State, no. Yee would be better employed chasing gun smuggling criminals, such as the federal Justice Department.

Hey, this leftist clown can always run for office from jail. It’s the Chicago Way imported.

Good move there Leland.
It would be silly to be working the Secretary of State office out of the slammer, even for Mexifornia.
I wonder if this Yee Bozo is part of Soros' Secretary of State project, to get criminal commies in that key position in every state.
