The only way this is going to work for the Dems is if they step to the mike...and disown Obama.

Say they want to fix it, and blame the private insurance companies for the cost increases.
They are going to step to the mike and blame all the problems on Big Grrrrrrreeeedy Insurance Companies. Elect us and we’ll protect you from them.
Which will cause the Insurance Companies (up till now hanging with Obama because they really were Grrrrrrreeeeedy to the point of wanting 30+ million new customers at gunpont) to turn a sharp 180 and haul out the Harry and Louise ads again.
