Yeah I think we pretty much screwed the pooch way back when.

I think your immigration plan is brilliant. That should be how a national plan works.

Thanks for the invite, but I think I will follow the folks at the Alamo and go down swinging...

But seriously, do you think the feds would let a state slip away?

You can kiss your hearing goodbye, though. And then you don't have the ability to see through your fractured windshield. Better to floor it if the bad guys are in front, and lower your windows just enough to stick the muzzle out if the bad guys are to the side and you're unable to move.

Better your hearing than your life.....not all the noise comes from the end of the barrel, you would still incur hearing damage as you describe.

Windshield will not fracture to the point of not being able to see. They were demonstrating it on 'Personal Defense' on the Sportsman channel a couple of weeks ago.

Depends upon circumstances. if there was somebody pointing a gun at me, with evident intention to fire, then, yes, shoot back first.

If it's somebody with a baseball bat, then you have a better blunt weapon, floor the gas.

I do.

Let me explain why. In James 4 we read James correcting those who say "I will go here or there, stay a year buying and selling and then return". He corrects them saying that they ought to say, "We go there and buy or sell, GOD WILLING."

If it be Christ desire that we, Maine, be a free CHRISTian country, then nothing the satan worshipers can or will do can change that, but if it is not Christ desire for us to be a free and independent CHRISTian country, then nothing I or even the Pastor can do or say will change that.

"How long has the secede movement been going on in Maine"

Back in 1985 a group of five men sat down and decided to do something about the abuses of power by the State government and police chiefs of Portland, Biddeford, Windham, Bangor and Augusta concerning the issuing of license to carry concealed weapons. Two years later those who voted, voted overwhelmingly to change the wording of Article one section 16 to read “Every citizen has a right to keep and bear arms and this right shall never be questioned.” One of the goals of this change was to allow concealed carry with no license required, as is done in Vermont.

Unfortunately, but predictably, the Legislature started passing laws and restrictions and the courts upheld them.

Two of the other items that came out of that meeting back in 1985, the Maine State Militia and the Maine secession from the Union movement.

The remaining items that came out of that meeting need not be addressed now and hopefully never will have to be.

Just wanted to update some of you all...it was just announced this evening that several "yutes" were taken into custody over this horrible race crime...

Teens charged in connection to assault of woman during outbreak of mob violence

Those arrested:
Shaquazz Allen, 18
Tyrone Booker, 19
Je'rece Archie, 18
Jerron Bush, age unknown
Craig Dean, age unknown

Here's hoping they have as much trouble with surviving in a cage as they do with spelling their own names.

I checked the link. Strange that Wave3 News doesn’t have posted comments on thier articles isn’t it? That seems like a valuable resource to gauge the public’s interest and opinions on things doesn’t it? Why would they do away with such a valuable asset provided free with modern technology?

At 18 they are not juveniles, they are legal adults. These news stories should not refer to legal adults as “teens”.

And, if the woman had used the car the way she should have, they would now be referred to as “dead teens”. Mores the pity.
