What makes this even stupider than it seems on the surface (if that's possible) is that they people they need to be signing up are the young "invincibles", who are supposed to be glad to pay way more than they can afford to subsidize the higher-risk people in the pool. And that demographic were essentially born with a keyboard in their fists.
