Leggings are not appropriate school attire for grades K-12. Probably not for college, either, but certainly not for younger girls. I wonder how the mothers would feel if ALL the kids, boys included, wore skin-tight stretch pants that show every bulge.

Surely I am not the only one here who does not know what leggings are. And that pic in the thread.... who would wear that and are they considered “distracting” in a way that a clown might be distracting?

I don’t see anything “sexy” about them if that is the implication.

Is this code for “we don’t want to hurt the plump figured girls feelings”?

Depends on what is worn with the leggings. Some males do wear skin tight jeans precisely to show every bulge. Some kids are able to deal with that ‘distraction’...some aren’t. Lessons in self control are just begging to be had here
