That “reset” event was a flash of weakness to the Russians.
The Cold war never ended for them. Reagan took their economy down with his Star Wars program. They see weakness in this current admin and plan to take advantage of that. The next “cold” war will be financial. baraq and his fellow travelers have been wrecking our financial system and o’care will do even more damage. The Russians are watching all this going on.
