Yes, liberal Californians are all over the red state south now. A bunch in my neck of NE FL. Here you can get a coastal lifestyle at about 1/3 or even 1/4 the housing cost of CA.
That would all be sort of OK if it helped out the California political spectrum, unfortunately it’s getting bluer.
