What county? Allegheny has had quite a few already this year. Butler (especially around Butler city) is turning into a mecca of heroin.

The midwest is getting their drugs from CHICAGO.
Which really the Cartels have a free trade agreement to get from Mexico to Chicago. It's simple: It's either coming in on planes from Venezuela or by ground from Mexico.
