Maybe we should end up executing people who are caught dealing. It’s how they handle it in the Asian countries and it sounds effective. It’s the dealers and distributors who keep all this going. As for the addicts, take their kids away until they are sober and stay sober for a number of years, or just end up dead. Just take the kids away. I’m tired of hearing kids suffer in households where the parents love drugs. They don’t love their kids, they love their drugs better.

Now, that was a real war on drugs--more than a sissy metaphor. Communism is not required, of course, but the same tactics have been successful in several countries.
