The pilot’s house is reportedly searched as Malaysia’s PM says communications on the flight were almost certainly disabled.
Given the information at hand, one would have to conclude that the aircraft is down in the waters off the Cocos Islands, perhaps crashed on approach, or somewhere in Myanmar, being rigged for something.
That’s my conspiracy theory, anyway.
