well, in this era of over 50 recognized genders on Facebook, I was wondering how exactly we will define, what is a man, and what is a woman, for purposes of this law.

And, the next step will be to accomodate the gay, lesbian, trans-whatever peoples. If you were born male but had the operation, are you now female? What if you didn’t yet have your operation?

This open a can of worms.
