New evidence has suggested that communication from the missing Malaysia Airlines flight MH370 may have been deliberately cut off.
ABC news said US investigators now believe the aircraft's data reporting system and its transponder - which reports its position in flight to ground-based radar - shut down separately.
The fact that the devices appear to have been shut off at a 14-minute interval from one another suggests that they may have been deliberately disabled or at any rate did not fail as a result of a catastrophic airframe incident, the US network said.

Well, there goes the whole alien thing.
Not just one system was shut down, three systems were manually shut down, fourteen minutes apart.
Also the timing of taking over the aircraft is perfect. I read it is not abnormal for a flight to miss a certain amount of communication when flying into new airspace (i.e from Malaysian to VIetnamese.) thus a pilot would be very familiar with this knowledge as opposed to a general terrorist without commercial flight experience. Just my two cents.
Yep. I can see it all going down like a Hollywood movie unfortunately. Let’s hope this one has a happy ending. Although extraordinarily doubtful :(. Very sad for the family, but oddly suddenly more hopeful at the same time. At least we know the plane didn’t blow up.
The plane did not break up when transponder communication ceased, otherwise they would have found the wreckage by now. The key to this mystery will be found in the passenger manifest.

I have read that ACAR or the Data System stopped working at 0107 at the same time of the last transmission. And even this may not necessarily be any compelling information considering statements from MAS
At 0121 Transponder not working and what is particularly strange and key to me, is that 1 minute later was the last radar fix.

It was found, but since “Thou shalt not ascribe guilt to a Muslim”, the answer has been duly ignored and the search for one more politically correct is created to take it;s place.

Things work differently in the third world. If he came from a family with enough political influence, or money, they can buy/influence the kid a slot. After that, it is up to him to keep it.

If I was somebody with a lot of command power in Israel I would call FAA and tell them under no situation will any 777 to approach Israel unless its been completely cleared and transmits a daily security code.
