In my experience, it's rednecks and wifebeaters who abuse alcohol and decide it's great fun to take a swing at the nearest target.(I'm an reckneck and former alcoholic so I can say this)

Not claiming this is a fact, but I have a friend whose a cop and his big complaint is dealing with drunks, whether breaking up drunken brawls, domestic abuse or scraping up their remains after plowing into oncoming traffic.

Potheads tend to be low on their list(does not include dealers) And they are the easiest to spot....They are the ones who are driving way too slow
