What won't happen - the squeals or the Amendment? Of course the Amendment will not happen prior to Nov 2016, but do you still think he will leave the White Hut? He changes laws willie nilley and shreds the Constitution weekly. Why should the 22nd Amendment apply to him? He will have Holder issue an opinion, and then just issue an EO. Preposterous? He record on following his oath of office is plain for all to examine.
