Former White House senior adviser David Alexrod said Wednesday that the lesson to take away from the special election in Florida’s 13th District is that problems with Obamacare motivated the Republican base and that Democrats need to figure out how to fire up theirs — minorities and young people.

Jolly won by 2%, but so-called Libertarians peeled off 4.8% of the vote....this is Dems tried-and-true scam planned for November 2014 (tipping close races by "paying libertarians" to siphon off votes from GOP candidates).

Republicans need to nip this putrid Dem scam in the bud. Here's two ways:

EXHIBIT ONE--- Mobilize the Bank Secrecy Act. The Bank Secrecy Act passed by Congress, requires banks to establish, implement and maintain programs designed to detect and report suspicious activity indicative of money laundering, govt fraud, and other financial crimes.....and may include election fraud.

“The Bank Secrecy Act was enacted to protect the tax-paying public from harm by identifying and detecting money laundering from criminal enterprises, govt fraud, tax evasion, and other unlawful activities."

Taxpayers should demand copies of (1) DNC and local party checks, (2) wire transfers, (3) bank account statements, (4) invoices, (5) bills, (6) delivery tickets, (7) correspondence including e-mail, employment contracts, loan agreements, and, (8) any other books or records. Scrutinize govt bank accounts for suspicious activities: (A) large deposits, (B) funds transferred from one account into another, (C) request for withdrawals.

EXHIBIT TWO---“Falsifying Official Documents” involves altering, changing, or modifying a document for the purpose of deception.......can also involve forgery and/or passing copies of false documents. Falsifying documents is usually done in connection with broader criminal aims, extortion, government fraud, tax evasion, money laundering, financing personal expenses.......and could include voter fraud and election fraud.

Types of documents commonly falsified may include:
◾Tax returns and income statements
◾Personal checks
◾Bank account records
◾Business record-keeping books
◾Immigration documents (such as visas, passports, etc.)
◾Identification cards and birth certificates
....and could include candidates' and political party documents, and records filed w/ the FEC.

Many different types of acts can be considered as falsifying a document, including:
◾Altering or misrepresenting factual information such as prices or monetary amounts
◾Stating false information when requested to provide truthful statements
◾Forging a signature
◾Using official letterheads without authorization
◾Concealing assets or property WRT obtaining federal/state grants))
◾Knowingly using or distributing a fake document

A person can only be held criminally liable if they are deliberately acting with the intention of deceiving voters or defrauding for political purposes.

Falsifying documents is a very serious offense and is generally classified as a felony. This means that a person charged with falsifying documents may be subject to the following legal penalties:
◾Having to pay a monetary fine
◾Incarceration in a prison facility

Depending on the gravity of the offense, as well as individual state laws, falsifying documents can result in a prison sentence of 5-10 years. Also, if government documents or authorities were involved, the legal penalties may be more severe. ..... legal penalties may increase with repeat offenses.

The penalty for falsifying documents is outlined in the Crimes Act of 1958.

And of course scare the elderly into thinking the Republicans are going to take away their SS and medicare, which is what they did in this election.

Wendy Davis was supposed to fire up the TX Democrat base, but it forgot to turn out on March 4.

In regards to “net neutraility”, outernet could defeat that, a company that proposes having satilites the size of toaster ovens going around the world. That student loan forgiveness scheme is not going to fly. Look for any NSA officals to be fired.

And that's exactly what the dems will be doing in November... tipping close races by paying "libertarians" to siphon off votes from GOPers.

That may wind up backfiring on them as the LP also tends to appeal to social libertines, which is exactly the demographic the Dems are trying to increase turnout for.

How soon before the communist Democrats start promising free cars, free clothes, free bling and free sex in order to get elected?
Except for free cars, the Takers of Society already get everything on your list ... for free.
Just take a trip to your local shopping mall on the 1st and 15th of every month.

I really hope Axelrude continues to think along this line and more importantly, the Democrats listen to him. He believes that he needs to fire up the Democrat ‘base’ which he describes as minorities and young people. Well, ‘young people’ have figured that Obamacare is a Ponzi scheme and their (forced) participation is the key. Minorities are suffering more than any other demographic under Obama’s vision of America and only participated in Obama’s election because he is (half) black. So Axeldump, go ahead and continue with your model of targeting and firing up that base with your Obamacare PR nonsense.

Hillary Clinton will be slightly younger chronologically in 2016 than Ronald Reagan was in 1980. However, Reagan was in excellent physical shape and had been so all his life. Hillary Clinton does not appear to be that way. Rumors aside, she visibly looks quite old, as does Bill Clinton. Additionally, both the leadership and the supporters of the Democrats have moved leftward since the 1990s, and she is considered at best centrist by the Democrat rank and file. Hillary is far from a sure bet in 2016, for either the Democrat nomination or the Presidency.

In other words, Axelrod will be surprised by a major “political bloodbath” come November. The FL special election is a two minute warning.

Even daugther Chelsea warned her mother to think long and hard about running in 2016. Even a few weeks about Drudge posted “rumors” about Hillary and health issues.

I believe it is. I think the minority base has turned back to their ordinary apathetic view toward American politics and the only thing that ‘fired them up’ was the color of Obama’s skin. I'm not saying that the younger generation is going to vote Republican *except* to say that perhaps they will if they view the Republican candidate as a brawler. IMO, if we could get a Cruz/Paul or Paul/Cruz ticket, they'll vote it in.

Why can’t we put (green) candidates in these races?

Because with their hard tack to the left, the dems have incorporated Greens' platforms onto theirs. The Greens are now nothing more than a more extreme wing of the democrat party.
