Debbie Wasserman-Shultz has been in full blown spin mode, claiming that the GOP “UNDER-PERFORMED” in that election. Those years of playing “spin-the-bottle” in her youth is paying dividends.

Got two ‘after the election’ calls today ... automated asking to ‘press this for that’ kind of call... Looks like some group is trying to figure out what went wrong.

If I were a 'Rat pollster or operative, I'd probably order just about the same thing, especially if I had a lot of extra cash on hand. Remember, the same two candidates are likely to square off in November again, and perhaps the same Libertarian as well. Wouldn't be surprised if the 'Rats finance the Libertarian, like they did in the VA governor race last year.

Seems to me that they were reading some of that used toilet paper that’s stuffed into the trash cans in any south Texas truck stop. You know, that stuff that the Illegal Aliens use.

Yes,it will suddenly mean nothing and they’ll happily point out that the
Libertarian spoiler “spoiled” it for the Democrat.

It is a purple district. When Bill Young was first elected, it was the first Republican district, but now it is an urban district and Sink and Obama won it (Sink when she ran for Gov against Scott, Obama both times).

Most of the district from the 60s are now solid Republican districts.

You bet they will! We Conservatives must stick together, don’t beat up on our own and take the Senate and keep the House in November!

Sink’s lost two back to back elections. I don’t think she’ll run again...

All this means is that the DNC did not correctly estimate the amount of voting fraud needed in this election.
Heads will roll...

Bohner, Rove, and the rest of the GOPe aren't happy either.

Rove had an op-ed in the WSJ today trying to take credit for it. Outside groups provided the money, you see, but the RNC and the Florida GOP provided the volunteers.

This hardly squares with what a Florida freeper said yesterday: that the GOP searched for candidates and they all said no. Probably because they knew how strong the tea party was.

If there's anything worse than "I told you so" it's "It was my idea all along."

Some presstitute should ask L’il Debbie if that means Jolly won’t get a full vote in the House, or if his vote won’t matter, since he “underperformed.”

She might run, but yu can be sure she won’t have much DNC $$ support. I think they’ve learned their lesson and won’t be betting on this nag in the future.

I voted for Jolly... the race was in my home area. The problem wasn't Sink as person... it was that she was a democrat. She even gave the ‘enlightened’ position on Obamacare - fix it don't end it.

The DNC might have problems finding a better candidate.

Sink was bright, had great name recognition, came across as totally reasonable (by democrat standards) and was running against a guy who had worked as a lobbyist.

She had 2 or 3 times as much money as Jolly and wasn't weakened by a primary fight. Jolly also had a libertarian on the final ticket taking votes from him...

I know the two things Sink did that made me willing to crawl over broken glass to vote against her...

From the link:

The American people, having lived with the Obama presidency for more than five years, have come to the conclusion–later, I think, than they should have–that he is incompetent, weak, and untrustworthy. And that judgment is directed not just at Mr. Obama; it is implicating his entire party.
