My cell phone goes directly to voicemail if it’s turned off. The caller hears no ring.
Mine too..everyone does..when the phone is turned off it goes directly to voice mail, and when your on a plane they tell you to turn off your cell phone so why would this guy’s phone be on(Or on vibrate) unless he either forgot to turn it off while in flight or he turned it on
