You could almost say that Paul is the ONLY interesting candidate on the
immediate horizon — Republican or Democrat.

Didn’t Ron Paul win the CPAC straw poll a few times but never made much
more than a blip on the GOP primary scene. Rand may be a contender but it
is still earlier in the process.
True but Rand won a Senate election in a state that historically is competitive between both parties.
I think he’s far more mainstream than his Dad.
