The Marriage of Obama's Parents: 'In Name Only'?

So when did Ann's and Obama Sr.'s "whatever happened happened fast" wedding happen? For no apparent reason, confusion abounds among Obama's biographers over the wedding date:

1. Dreams claims that Ann and Obama Sr. were in married "in 1960"; similarly, Mendell's 2007 book claims that the couple were married "sometime in late 1960" when they "slipped off alone to the island of Maui"; and both Obamaland (2008) by Ron Jacobs (with contributor David Maraniss) and a 2007 Washington Post article claim that the two were married "late in 1960."

2. A 2007 Chicago Tribune article vaguely claims that Ann and Obama Sr. were married "six months before" Barack's birth on Aug 4, 1961 -- or, in other words, sometime in early 1961.

3. An April 2008 Time article by Amanda Ripley, as does Maraniss's August 2008 article, gives a specific date of February 2, 1961 for the wedding, apparently based on Ann's and Obama Sr.'s 1964 divorce records – mysteriously appearing on the web. But since fake documents have been known to appear on the web, Obama's biographers, Ripley and Maraniss, might want to verify the 1964 divorce documents – especially since a Feb. 2, 1961 marriage date for "Ann and Obama Sr." wasn't reported in any Honolulu Advertiser or Honolulu Star-Bulletin marriage lists from February 1961. Take the February 8, 1961 Star-Bulletin, which listed eighteen marriages from Feb. 3, Feb. 4, and Feb. 6, and no Feb. 2 marriages, and the February 7, 1961 Advertiser, which listed eleven marriages from Feb. 2 to 4, including two Feb. 2 marriages.

And how I wish I could say the same for that idiot Brisbane (Australia) 'academic' who first posted them, with the note that they were sent to him by an anonymous 'genealogist' in America. Just goes to show, the majority will swallow anything. I wrote to him a number of times, he refused to acknowledge his stupidity (or malice) it's really a shame imo that Mark, the son of Frank, is such a nice person. I feel sorry for him.

I could never figure out why that Brisbane 'academic' would try to pass off the source as being a 'genealogist' - to my knowledge the last place they would look for relatives would be in pornographic magazines...

... Fuddy at this time had become the international cults Seattle top representative in that area. In the meantime Stanley Ann was busy getting an Hawaiian divorce from Obama. Suffice for this narrative now but there are more dots to be connected in the Obama saga.

Let me give you a clue as to what you are missing. Chronolgy. Subuh wasn't introduced to Hawaii until 1969, by Feldman and his wife. Stanley Ann Dunham returned to Hawaii from Indonesia in 1971, the same year as did Eva Bartok who arrived to teach Subuh in Honolulu, and claimed to have been cured of cancer as a result of practicing the form of meditation advanced by the cult as some sort miracle cure. It turns out that she had an ovarian cyst. And Subud meditation had nothing to do with it, she was a Hungarian flake who claimed to have had a daughter to Frank Sinatra. Now I'm telling you all this so you can add it to your secret information; the part in which Loretta Fuddy and Stanley Ann Dunham met with Pak Subuh in Indonesia, and Stanley Ann 'had a tryst' with the guru, needs more work.

I'm still waiting for the link I asked for.

It's just ocurred to me...in the light of recent comments that Ayres plagiarized certain content for 'Dreams' (he would have had to fill in minor details about Africa somehow, without needing to get up out of his chair) it's just possible that Stanley Ann Dunham's ovarian cancer came about as the result of the miracle cure claimed by the woman Eva Bartok, who by some strange co-incidence, showed up in Hawaii from Indonesia, the very same year Stanley Ann Dunham did.

Barak visited Hawaii in 1971. He was friends with the president of Kenya and got a cushy government job. But he was a drunk and screwed up and got fired in 1971. He did not spend any time with Stanley Ann or little Barry Soetoro as he was officially named at the time. It appears he came to visit people he had known at University of Hawaii. Perhaps he was looking for a job or financial help. The pictures were taken at the airport in 1971. They are the only pictures of Barak with little Barry. Some people claim the pictures are fake.

The woman is not SAD and the whoever the photographer was, there is not an atom of evidence linking FMD.

You might do everyone a favour and list the evidence of her sexual promiscuity. Considering there’s no physical evidence of her presence in Hawaii until 1963, and no one knows for certain where she graduated high school, your evidence would be most interesting.

THere is no evidence that Stanley Ann Dunham was promiscuous at all. Only accusations, in order to support various fanciful theories about Zero’s parentage, none of which have actual evidence supporting them.

That’s pretty much the story that I’ve always believed is true. The way I heard it is that Stanley Ann was a rebellious wild child and had an affair with Frank Marshall Davis to piss off her parents. She got pregnant by him.

The way I heard it was that her dad was under cover for CIA or FBI. His security clearance would’ve been history if the word got out that his daughter was in bed with the infamous commie union organizer who had been sent to Hawaii to infiltrate a working group — longshoremen, I think.

Grandpa knew Stanley’s baby would be black, and he didn’t want the real father’s name on the birth certificate. So he paid BO, a married student from Africa, to allow his name to be on the birth certificate.

The story you tell has not one scintilla of evidence backing it up. I can assert this because I read avidly every research thread on FR since summer 2008.
