The estimates and guidelines outlined serve you as a quick, ballpark glance at the various costs associated with the enjoyment of property ownership within Ocean Reef and the Ocean Reef Club. Actual costs vary and change. When you select a few properties as candidates for ownership specific costs can be calculated. Consult with Bob or Pamela Evans to “drill down” on actual numbers, etc.
