I’ve had to travel for work through too many time zone to notice any effect from an hour change.
I used to spend 36 hours travel (including multiple layovers) to work in Yemen, 11 hours different time zones.
That would mess up the body clock.

It didnt used to. But for the last couple of years, it has gotten harder and harder to make the change. Of course, it happens. But I am a zombie for the first couple of days.
If they could co-ordinate warmer weather with it....

I just now reset my watch. Doing it this early helps me adapt by Sunday and especially next Monday morning.
