Actually, it was a civil suit and he was held liable by the jury.

“Greg Bannon was convicted last month of misleading two investors in a startup company.”
Yeah, and that lawsuit curiously popped up just at the time that Brannon was tied or leading Tillis against Hagan, just as Bevin’s TARP signature popped up just at the time he was showed to be leading McConnell against Grimes.
And Brannon’s partner was left unscathed on the same charge. Hmmmmm.
Brannon is appealing the verdict.

Some background on the setup here:
Liberal Media: The Greg Brannon Files.
SilenceDogood2010′s Conclusion: Something stinks here. Maybe the jury was somehow tainted or paid off to find Brannon, and Brannon alone, as the guilty party. Strictly because he is seen as a threat to the democrats and the GOP establishment. I think TIME will tell.

Greg Bannon was convicted last month of misleading two investors in a startup company __________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ That's the skeleton in his closet. He also has a lot of baggage. SEE POST #13 on this Thread. Do not try to clean-up his s**t up folks. We're screwed again. Peception is reality, as the old saying goes. And, voters do vote their perception of a candidate. Let's see: Todd Akin in Missouri, Richard Mourdock in Indiana, the screwed-up shyster, Steve Stockman in Texas, Dr. Wolf and his X-Ray scandal in Kansas..... NOW THIS!!! WTF?

Mike Lee endorsed him. Im sure it is just what happens in court.
The jury didn’t rule against the other guy who testified. Maybe they just assumed he was guilty.
