I was hoping one of the Texas FReepers would start a thread, but didn't see one. The Texas primary is today..several interesting races, but the BIG ONE involves Cornyn. When you vote...let us know what you heard/saw? What's the weather like down there?

2.3% of precincts are in.
It’s a little early to make predictions but it looks like Dewhurst is toast.

Overall turnout is encouraging - way more R's turning out then D's.. Cornyn is still just above 60% - Mine and wife's vote went to Stovall.. Crossing fingers for a run off

It looks like we’re witnessing about a 7% RAT crossover, based on the Repeal zerocare (but we’re still only counting early votes):
IN FAVOR REP 485,928 93.40% 493,779 93.41%
AGAINST REP 34,329 6.59% 34,827 6.58%

I checked Liberty County, Stovall’s home county, and represented in the House by Stockman. Even there Cornball led with 41 percent to about 26 percent for Stockman and 20 for Stovall. Yes, I know it’s early voting.

KLBJ just called Dewhurst probably in a runoff losing about 2:1 and Cornyn a win. I hope both of those are wrong.
