We’re tired of fighting. Besides Ukraine is a far-off country we have no business being involved with.
And I hate to break the news to fellow conservatives: Americans have no appetite to be the world’s policeman. They’re sick of it.
Which is exactly why Moscow will fill the vacuum created by the retreat of American power around the world.
The Kremlin knows sooner than later the West will resume doing business with it as usual.
