Ummm..would somebody please inform the Congress, the Supreme Court, NSA, IRS, a host of others...and, of course, zero of that? He changes laws, re-writes laws, dictates laws, decides which laws to enforce and not to enforce without so much as a whimper by any of the above.... Yeah, that pretty much says he “owns it” right now. Hopefully, America will finally dig it’s head out of it’s freebie ass and realize what this tyrant is doing to her.
